Our Story
Decades of Yachting Expertise, One Family Business
CF Boatworks has been a family-owned and operated company since 2006, based in Fort Lauderdale. Our team brings over 40 years of combined experience in yacht construction, service and repair, on everything from Ferretti and Azimut/Benetti yachts to one-of-a-kind custom builds.
CF Boatworks was founded by Bill and Carol Coffman who have spent their lifetimes in the boating and yachting industry. In the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s, they lived in the Caribbean where they owned a shipyard. After which, they moved their family up to Fort Lauderdale where they began building custom mahogany boats of all kinds.
Today our team of ABYC-certified technicians, electricians and craftsmen serves yacht owners and captains across South Florida, the Caribbean and North America.
